As your compassionate holistic counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions and thoughts. We will work together through a personalised approach, helping you identify unfulfilled areas and needs, recognise challenges, and overcome limiting beliefs. This journey will guide you mindfully towards purposeful and joyful wellbeing.

Stepping Up & Thrive Journey: 

Stepping up and thrive in 7 Sessions, 60 minutes each, via Zoom or in-person.

This 7-steps  journey  combines talk therapy with positive thinking skills and practical activities like Life Charting,  meditation, journaling, and mindfulness practices
